Color fight: this is with out a doubt cheating!

As the title says the things Michael Brought to Ivywood's color battle would likely be considered cheating, if the event had any rules and was a contest instead of a fun little town sprawling brawl, plus it only says participate in a color fight it does not say how. Basically they are modified smoke flairs but instead of smoke they are shooting out the dust everyone normally carries in bowls and well he couldn't help himself to a little mischief, during chances to unwind like this he goes all out, and he'd share them if asked there are more hidden in hammer space err I mean a near by pack. I swear he'd be a hooligan if he did not love his job (and I did not love writing about a Ranger job) which probably explains why some of his closer pals are thugs, but don't worry they're no more dangerous than the bowls of powder his pokemon and everyone else are wielding they just cover a wider area and hiss.

'I've been reading about different countries and how they celebrate the coming of spring! In India the masses gather on the streets for a giant color fight, throwing dyed powder onto each other. The carefree revelry offers a chance to connect with other human beings and let go of any past hardships! This sounds amazing I think Ivywood would benefit from it!'
